While I have written hundreds of profiles over the years, I have rarely been the subject of one myself. However, Newsday recently interviewed me about doing library talks—and I’m over the moon as to how the story turned out. I’m also a bit relieved that I was coherent, too, as I’m used to asking questions for an article, not trying to answer them!
